How can you pass a drug test when they swab your mouth?

Question: A buddy has a drug test tomm. for a job & they are doing a mouth swab as the test. Any way to pass this one?Help does anyone have the answer to this?

My understanding is the swab can only detect the last 48 to 72 hours. Most of the advise on how to beat it is probably bogus, except not to do drugs for 3-4 days before. ** In all fairness beautifulirishgirl, you didn't exactly address the question either.
