I found a small lump on my testicle but sometimes it isn't there, i don't get pains either what could it be?

If it was cancer it wouldn't move, it would be a solid mass that would be hard and stationary. If you are worried, go get a physical. THat's what the doctor would check for.
I'm not telling you not to have this checked out because one never knows and you certainly want some peace of mind. However, I had a similar experience once and went to the doctor. He told me that some of the lumps are normal and if they come and go then it probably has to do with sperm moving around or being ejaculated.

I would definately assume it is an ingrown hair.., they can get huge and gross, and painful, but never dangerous.. Still, I would check with a doctor and see what they say.
Sometimes men get fatty deposits in their testicles or it could just be one of your tubes you are feeling, but whatever it is its well worth a quick trip to the doctors just to have it checked out, then you wont have to think about it anymore!
