soak them than cut a v like the joi guy said ,he,s right but i added the soaking part ,this will limber up tuff toejammy nails
If you cut a notch into the middle of the white part of the nail so that it looks like this
-----v-----. The nail will grow towards the notch to close it...relieving the ingrown sides. Once the nail is no longer ingrown...and needs to be trimmed...trim it flat and not rounded on the edges to help prevent it from becoming ingrown again.
