If you try to be healthy this will encourage your endocrines to be healthy
good food-protein/fat/carbohydrate
-meat/fish/fruit/vegetables
AVOID sugar/cakes/refined carb
alcohol in moderation
no smoking
Avoid obesity-reduces risk of diabetes
regular exercise/walking and muscle stimulation -e.g.weight training-keeps bones muscles fit-boosts sex hormones
What gives you a healthy body will give you healthy hormones they in turn will help to give you a healthy body-they are interrelated
Some things, like genetic predisposition, make this virtually impossible to do. However, in order to keep your endocrine glands healthy, the most important thing I think you can do is to learn more about the organs that make up this vital system - hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, pancreas, parathyroids, adrenal, pineal body, ovaries and testes - such as, their functions and disorders.
