My Stomach and Back Hurts!?

Question: Okay like My Stomach and Back Hurts!
And I need to know why? Like yesterday I went with my mom in the car but my head kinda hurted. Then we got Mc Donalds food and after eating I felt dissy,I throw up,My stomch and back started hurting,then I started to get cold and hot?
Dose anybody know what it could be?

Answers:
It could be a number of things. Food poisoning seems possible with the stomache pain, and then a kidney infection seems possible with the back and temperature changes. I'd go to the doctors ASAP. They're the only ones who can really tell you what's wrong.
