Tamia, I am sure none of us good meaning people are qualified to answer your query so you must go and see your GP just to ease any fears you have.
My wife has had breast cancer and the Doctors thought she was extremely young to have had this horrible disease aged 31. At 17, it is very, very, very unlikely you have anything nasty going on but nevertheless, please go to your Doc.

Sinking nipples (inverted nipples) only signal a problem if you have never had them before. The area around the nipple - areola - stretches out of shape and gets puckery and the nipple inverts when there is something in the breast in that area which "pulls" the areola and nipple into a different shape. Loads of women have inverted nipples as normal anatomy. I highly recommend a visit to your doctor to ease your mind. Do a monthly self-breast exam to check for any lumps. You are old enough to start this life saving exam and when you are at the doctor he/she can show you how to do one. If you can't go to the doctor, have mom show and tell you how to do one.
Not really, temporary nipple inversion is quite harmless.
