You know what ( did as a child? I ran my thumb into a wall over and over until it broke. That kept me out of school for more than a day and I didn't have to take a math test. Not that it helped---I had to take the math test at a later time and I had to return to school with a cast after 2 weeks, and that was no fun at all.
Eat alot of garlic and ginger. It would make you body hot.
Really, can't you pretend (act) that you aren't well, then by the time you are in the doctor's office act like it was only gas?
