You can not stop whats wrong with you with out seeing a doctor. This sounds serious. You are probably bleeding internally. You can go to the ER and they have to see you with or with out insurance.
Yes, straight to the emergency room. They cannot send you out even if you're broke. They will bill you, however, but if you ask me, I don't think it's often paid by people who can't afford to pay, and I don't believe any action to ENFORCE payment is taken.

That sounds like internal bleeding. Did you fall or get hit really hard in the Abdonem? That is extremely serious if it is.
Get to the ER! The ER cannot turn you away because of ability (or inability) to pay.
You can always give a fake name and address so they can't collect on you. Which, believe me, they WILL try to collect on you if you can't pay.
I would suggest that you try to find a (FREE) health clinic some where in your community or find out if you can make some kind of small payments you never know what might really be wrong with you, instead of waiting until it's too late to treat the problem, what ever it takes find out what this problem might be
