There is an alternative treatment to "Stent implants ", involving wraping the extremeties ,arms & legs , With cuffs similar to blood pressure cuffs & applying pressure to the extremeties W these cuffs & thereby supposedly opening blocked arteries & clogs .What is this procerure called ?

My cardiologist has mentioned it. 30 days straight, an hour a day. I'm in no pain, so not interested yet. But I have 2 100% blockages, and many minor ones.
I think it is mainy supposed to help with development of collaterals for the heart, not open blockages. Maybe do that , too.
