I would take it to your local pharmacy so they can identify it.
There are a lot of white pills. It could be anything like reglan, vicodin, percocet, adivan, extacy, there are tons of pills it could be. Call the pharmacy and ask.
If you check the meds , in the medicine cabinet and any prescription meds first. If you don't find a match, take it to the pharmacist and have them identify it for you.
Round white tablet imprinted 44 148 is 500 mg acetaminophen, generic extra-strength Tylenol but I would heck it for certain at the pharmacist
It's tylenol. I had some earlier today with that number sequence on it. But I'd be safe and take it to a local pharmacy.
It's tylenol, and as far as I know, they're imprinted that way so you don't have a choice between 'it could be this or that' if it's printed with those numbers, then it's THIS pill.
