How would I know I have testicular cancer?

Question:

There seems to be some growths.not necessarily hard bumps, on one of my testicles. Should I be afraid. Is there a clear/cut sign that I have testicular cancer? Sometimes the one that feels like it has a growth of some sort hurts like I was hit. It doesn't hurt that bad though.

The signs of testicular cancer are:
pain
swelling
lumps in the testicular or groin area

This form of cancer usually affects men between the ages of 20 and 39. Usually they have also had a history of:
family history of cancer
an undescended testicle
abnormal testicle development

If this is a true growth, rather than a lump, chances are high that it is NOT cancer. However, the only way to know for sure is to see a doctor (preferably a urologist) as soon as possible. If you need more info, please don't hesitate to email me.

Don't mess about, go and see your doctor they will tell you for certain and end your worry. It's no big deal these days.

By going to the doctor you can easily find out you have cancer or not. It might cost you little bit as I see you don't want to spend your green papers.

Supposedly if a pregnancy test turms up positve on a guy it means he has testicalur cancer. I dont know how accurate that is though, so the doc wold be your best bet
