Okay, well, this is kind of weird to say, but I need help. I started seeing these bumps around my anus about 2 weeks ago. I thought they'd go away. Then they started itching, and I had about 20. Now they're showing up in a few spots on my but and back of my legs, and on my testicles. I also have one on the head of my penis, and had another one but it seems to have went away. I 'popped' one on my butt, but no puss or anything came out, just blood. I thought it might just be pimples, but I take showers daily, although it does seem that I've been sweating a lot lately. I'm not fat by any means. I'm 6'0" 169. Also, I'm a virgin, so I highly doubt it's an std or something like that.

I think an MD (a real doctor) would know immediately what it is. If not, he'll send you to a dermatologist. Check your modesty at the door. You probably just need some kind of special cream. Don't worry and good luck. You're gonna be fine. :)
