You would have to call the Medicaid office but normally if your doctor says that the procedure is a medical neccesity then the Medicaid will have to pay for it. I just moved from Arizona and it was covered for one of my friends who was on Medicaid.

I imagine that if a doc says you'll die without it, then the state will pay for it, or part of it. dont know, you'll have to contact medicade.
