What are bumps on your forhead? Achne, alergic reaction, bug bites?

I have bumps on my forhead and they are small. I have them on my cheeks too on my face.

Usually it's a reaction, whether it be acne or just rash like, caused by things we put in our hair. Shampoos, conditioners, mouuse, gel, all add up and when are hair lays there, it is absorbed by the skin.
could be acne or clogged pores
Probably blackheads.
