I have ulcerate colitis.should i use cyclosporine or inflekcimab or do surgery?

I was on numerous different meds for two years. I had severe complications assiociated with them. I finally had surgery and am now pseudo-normal. I wish I would have done surgery right away instead of losing two years.
i dunno much about ucertae colitis but i know that sugery sucks. dont do it. i have crohns, i know these things
