Lesions on spleen?

Question:
What causes numerous lesions to be on the spleen?

Answers:
Sarcoidosis, angiosarcoma, hematomas, cysts, granulomas and regenerative nodules are some causes but it would have helped more if you had been specific. Lesion is a non-specific, catch-all term that we use and can be a pimple or a malignant tumor.
