Best thing when you are having diarrhea is to make sure you stay hydrated.
Make sure to drink lots of fluids. No caffeine
You can get an adult form of pedialyte at drug stores. It will help keep you from losing a lot of needed electrolytes some use Gatorade. Along with a lot of water so as not to dehydrate.
In regards to food keep it light and clear.
nothing more then a clear broth chicken or beef and Jello.
Try to eat it even if you do not really want it .
It is helpful to know what exactly caused it. Try to
retrace your steps. What you done or were doing when it started. That type thing can be a huge help.
Have you eaten any under cooked or raw meats?
Is it possible you ate something that was past it's prime?
nyone else in the family or household sick as well?
Do you have any other symptoms ? Chills? Fever? pain?

As Always though Never replace a real doctor visit with the Internet.
No one can assist you the way a real hands on doctor. While the net can in fact help you learn it should never be used as the final word when one is sick.

if it is not gone in 48 hours i would see a doctor. If you have pain or any other issues with it i would stop and go to the doctors or ER now.

you better go to your nearest physician to get the right prescription... the pill that you just took might not be the one for you... you badly need fluid replacement...
