Do i have seborrheic dermatitis, or is it ocular rosacea? please help?

background info- i've had sensistive skin my whole ife.ive had eczema on and off my whole life,usually on my feet.about a year ago i got cholinergic urticaria,but got on medicine that helped and that has pretty much gone away.a few months ago i got what appeared to be pinkeye in my left eye.it turned into red lines in my eyes and my eye started to hurt and vision became blurry.i got drops prescribed from my doctor (lotemax) and it went away.a couple weeks ago i got dryness and irritation above my lip,which let to dryness and red peeling skin on my face,mostly my forehead,along with an itching scalp and dandruff.i went to the derm.and he said it was seb derm and prescribed me znp bar.im wondering now if its rosacea. my left eye is starting to hurt again and is irritated. my eyelids are dry and red/dry and a little skaly.my face and arms get flushed when im in the sun. i have a few little red bumps on my nose and forehead. i cant get inwith the derm. for a week, what should i do?
