if the hair is truly gone there is no cure except implants. but if hair follicles are still producing sparse fine hair then stimulating blood flow to your scalp can bring back Fuller growth. a good way to do this is every time you take a shower let the water spray your scalp until it tingles and starts to feel numb, a pulsating head works best. about 20 years ago i started to develop a bald spot and did this on the advise of a specialist, it worked, and to this day i still have my hair.
Don't cure it, just tell people it's a solar panel for a sex machine.

If you are destined to go bald, you wouldn't be able to fight nature. Just accept it. Besides, skin-head is sexy.
