Peanut allergy?

Question:
I had an allergy test which came back saying I was moderatly allergic to peanuts.

The thing is, up until I found out I'd never experience any symptoms.

Should I exclude peanuts from my diet, or can I keep eating them because I have no symptoms?

Answers:
You can keep eating them but beware the allergic reaction is like a severe asthma attack with wheezing and difficulty breathing-
I have peanut and almond allergy but refrain from all nuts except soy . I remember the almond reaction all too clearly- I thought I would die- literally.
i think you should stop it.since there's reaction involve in it.
Exclude them!
