Pimples on Thigh?

Question:
Is this something serious? What are they anyway and why do they appear there? There's also this pimple surrounded by a red area. I am so worried...should I consult my doctor or what? [ I don't want to though].

Thanks in advance

Answers:
I had something that I thought was a pimple on the inside of my upper thigh. It got really infected, and I was finally hospitalized for SIX DAYS with a necrotic abscess.

So keep an eye on it. DO NOT try to puncture it. Try taking a hot bath, if it gets painful.

I do get ordinary pimples in that area sometimes. They hurt, but they go away.
Well if there just pimples, I wouldn't be too worried... try an astringent or something... or oxy pads. But if they are pretty big and really swollen... I would see a doctor.
thats probobly a spider bite if it hurts when you touch it
Usually its just a hair folice. Like if you try to pop it nothing really will come out but clear stuff. Nothing to worry about just put zit cream on it and it should let the redness go down. The reason its so red is because your leg skin is more sensitive than your face.
you probubly wore something wet for a while and you got pimples, in a couple of days, they should go away
Try this remedy. Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day. Mix cinnamon powder with lime juice to make a fine paste, Apply on pimples. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/... for more useful info.
