i picked at a scab, i know i shouldnt have, now what? its been about a week and the pothole on my face still hasnt healed at all. HELP! im starting work on monday and i dont want this here. how do i make this heal the fastest possible? what products? what food??

clean it well with a cotton ball or q-tip dipped in peroxide and then use neosporin or triple anti-biotic ointment from walmart. since you picked the scab its not longer a zit but a scab plain and simple.
Basically you've probably scarred your face a bit. Try Neosporin with the scar prevention crap in it. That might do you some good but it'll still take a while :/

picking at a scab will make it worse! put some lotion on it and when Monday comes-put on a lot of cover up!
