Why do I feel drained?

Poor diet, lack of nutrition, anemia or iron deficiency, low thyroid, hormone imbalance, lack of exercise
I get tired when I sleep too much.. sounds weird but it's true for me. If you cut back to 7-8 hours a night it will take awhile for your body to adjust but it might help. Also stay on the same schedule (wake up and go to sleep at the same time every day). Exercise helps. If your depressed, that's a whole other story
do you work out?
if u dont then maybe you should start trust me it gives you alot more energy
