Im on acne anti-biotics and a roll on thing i got from the doctors, will they get rid of my acne?

I have the capsules and tablets and roll on product from my doctors, but will they help my skin clear? i have mild acne on my face, but its just my body that bothers me and i really wana get rid of it asap to boost my confidence with girls and stuff. Help?
