What can be done for someone whose non hormonal aggressive breast cancer has mestastisized to their lungs?

I am looking for treatments and or comforts and expectations as related from those who have experience with this terrible disease.

Answers:
Unfortunately, once it metastisizes to the lungs, it's terminal. Look into hospice; they will keep you comfortable, and are a great support for both the patient and the family.
