My mother has always ( for 20 years) had alot of puffiness underneath her eyes and that's everyday and is very visible she has tried every possible eye cream but nothing works she thinks she has fat pads there (which can be removed through surgery only) but it feels like water has been collected.Do you know of a remedy or some supplement anything that can minimize the puffiness or get rid of it?Thanx

you can freeze a metal spoon to put over your eye, i have heard that works. limit her intake of salt and alcohol, because thats what usually causes the bags. they have some eye cream at bath and body works that works REALLY well to conceal the darkness. they sometimes have it on sample to try it. my mom tried it and it worked great. hope this helped.
