What points do you consider, while answering question on heart diseases?

1)nature of question viz theoretical/practical.
2)what is the age of questioner.
3)what language/ terminology is he using; kid, non /medical,etc.
4)quality of answer is a must.
5)mental status of questioner for that you have to be a good reader between he lines.
All your 3 questions are professional in nature, are you appearing for your fellowship?
Not sure I get your question.what points? I consider whether I actually know anything on the subject and/or were I can get valid info and then I usually outline there important point on the disease...Not to mention it really depends upon the type of heart disease you are talking about...
I always avoid the - am I having a heart attack?? questions as I think if you were really worried you would call a doctor or ambulance instead of sitting at your computer. There is so many of these questions each day!!
I look at the questions from a personal experience. I have a little boy with pulmonary atresia. He has undergone two open heart surgeries as well as many other heart related procedures. I can share my knowledge on this condition, both from technical and emotional point of view. I am wanting to help others going through the whole experience with what I have learned and gone through, what has happened to my son and how well he is currently doing.
