What would cause me to throw up during a bowel movement, also hands go spastic and arms go numb?

When you get the urge to push and you push too hard, you are straining your stomach muscles as well. When you vomit your stomach muscles tense up as well. It gives the same effect and pushes the contents of your stomach upwards. When you vomit it makes you light - headed which in turn can make your arms and hands tingle and go limp.

When you strain you cause pressure on your vagus nerve. This is called a vasovagal reaction, thats why when some people strain too hard they can actually pass out.
i have no idea but i really think maybe u should talk to your doctor about this...
