You can cut them off at home, with a really really sharp pair of nail scissors.Use ice to numb the area and then neosporin to help heal it. You can also use wart-remover. Its over the counter at Walmart or Walgreens, or CVS. It may take a few days though. I've done both!
A dermatologist can remove them for you. They usually just cut them off.
freeze them off, doctor. best way. kind of like warts, or cut them. either way. they are good to remove because they can proably give you problems down the road like cancer, etc.
I know someone that had them. He had to quit shaving the area and leave them alone and not allow friction. Thats what causes them in the first place.
For an at home remedy, tye a some thread or a stronger string around it, depending on where it is. It worked for a friend of mine earlier this year.
