What do you reccomend for an anemic person?

What types of medication do you reccomend for a 33 yr old female? she has all the symptoms! Fatigue

Weakness

Fainting

Breathlessness

Heart palpitations (rapid or irregular beating)

Dizziness

Headache

Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)

Difficulty sleeping

Difficulty concentrating
and the vaginal bleeding ..is that part of anemia. how can we stop it . it not menustration! and how can we control or get rid of anemia ? Please help and thanks in advance

She should see a hematologist. There are several different types of anemia. Not all are caused by iron deficiency. The hematologist is the only one who can recommend medication and diet.
well.may need blood transfusion..get cbc and see how low the H/H.if below 7/21.get family and friends to donate...next,find the cause,ie,leak or other cause,ie,marrow problem or tumor sucking it out.good luck.
I recommend getting her to a doctor real soon.
