Answers:
A similar thing happened to me only the bite began to hurt eventually. The yellow ooze was seeming to infect the bump and spreading beneath the skin. Over a few days, the mucus hardened a little so I pulled at it until I pulled it all out. What was left was a clear liquid and a hole in my shoulder.

Does any of this sound familiar? I'm not condoning it, but I did not seek medical help and only a keloid formed. I was terrified, though. Otherwise, mosquito bites don't usually produce yellows. You may have a spider bite. I'd suggest you visit your doctor asap.
Eeeeww..picking at a mosquito bite is a great way to start an infection, which by the way I think you may have done already.
Assuming it "was" a mosquito bite, i suggest using a little rubbing alcohol to kill the itch (next time).
For now, use an antibiotic ointment on it and keep it clean and if the seepage or redness starts to get worse "see the doctor".
Good luck
I'm not sure what the liquid is, but its always best not to pick at these things. its bad enough to get bitten, and having mosquito saliva inside you(!) but picking at it could of course open it up for lots of bacteria to get inside, and they go away eventually. but if you feel like you just HAVE to itch it, put a bandage over it and scratch it threw there. that way you wont risk opining it up for all kinds of little germs to get in! same thing with any scab!

but as for the yellow substance that came out, I'm sure its fine, but if your worried, ask a doctor or dermatologist.
It could be a slight infection or minor skin reaction to the bite. If swelling gets worse and the site gets red and painful I would go see a doctor.
