I have a small white bump on the tip of my tounge it hurts! WHAT CAN I DO?

Get some Cloriseptic and spray it on the bump, it will help it heal and numb the pain.

dang.I freakin hate when that happens! I've been told that it's an infected/inflamed taste bud. I just usually wait until it goes away. One time I tried to pick it with tweezers, it really hurt, but it seemed to make it go away faster.

There isn't a whole lot you can do about it. It will go away in a day or two. I used to get them all of the time. Don't mess with it. The more you rake it against your teeth, the more you are going to aggravate it. My grandmother calls them lie bumps. She said that it was karma's way of getting back at me for lying about something significant. Good Luck!
nasty as it is, rinse with salt water a few times a day- salt heals inner mouth sores.
