Will colon cleansing put your life on hold?

My question: has anyone tried it? And can you still go to work while doing it? Do you feel sick?

If you want to 'cleanse' your system . . which is a scam, by the way, its not necessary . . but if you really want to clean out than just go to the store and buy a laxative. It's cheaper and works just as well.
If you have ever had a colonoscopy you will know that the 'colon cleansing' is a scam . . because for a colonoscopy you need to first cleanse the colon so that a gastroentrologist can examine the entire length of your colon with a camera. So, a laxative will work just as well to cleanse you out. Never spend money for something so easily to achieve naturally.
With no medical background mind you I would have to agree to the scam comment about cleansings. I have a dear friend who swears by them and one day insisted I take a kit home to try.
Well, being skeptical myself I took two of the tablets and placed them in a bottle of water. I left it overnight in the kitchen sink and the next morning the contents of the bottle looked exactly like the pictures you are referring to. I actually think the product causes the output.
I would think an over the counter laxative or a mild tea with natural senna would be the better way to go.
