Is this poison ivy??


Question:
okay i think i may have gotten poison ivy today (off of some dogs that were running in the woods) but ive never had it before so im not 100% sure. when i woke up from a nap this afternoon i realized my arm was itchy, for some reason i thought crap, it could be poison ivy...then i noticed my legs were itching. its actually not that red (aside from what ive made it from scratching) and theres no bumps or raised skin. could this be the very early stages of poison ivy? or am i pysching myself out by just thinking i have it and is that why im itching? how long does it take poison ivy to take effect?

if i do have it, i only would have contracted it about 5 hours ago.
