Just a couple questions about mono...?

Question:
After someone gets better from it, can they get it again? From the same person? Can I give it to someone even if I'm better? And when exactly do you know if you're 100% better?

Answers:
You cannot get mono twice (from the same person or not), but you can relapse. You can give it to other people once you are better... you will always be a carrier. Fortunately, around 97% of the adult population has already had mono. The thing is, people think that they haven't even when they have, because if you contract mono as a child, you may show no signs of sickness, or maybe just a mild cold or sickness(so you're lucky if you had it as a kid). You are better when you go a month or two without feeling the symptoms. You don't want to push your limits during recovery, because this will set you back further. Just relax and sleep a lot! If you ever start to feel sick again, chill out and spend more time recovering.
