Answers:
What is cellulitis?
Cellulitis is a skin infection caused by bacteria. The infection extends into the tissues below the outer layer of skin (subcutaneous tissue). It most often develops anywhere the skin has been broken-often from a cut, burn, or an insect bite. The infection spreads from the skin to underlying tissues. In severe cases, it can spread quickly, within hours or days. Cellulitis is usually not contagious.
yes, what do u want to know.
Yes, I had it. It can be fairly painful and needs to be treated with antibiotics.
I had it several times about 10 years ago. I needed large doses of antibiotics and steroids to bring it under control.
Later, I took a great interest in my own wellness and improved by health through better nutrition.
Yeah. Its an infection of the skin. It causes inflammation. It can be dangerous left untreated.
Cellulitis is an inflammation of the connective tissue underlying the skin, that can be caused by a bacterial infection.
Occurs where the skin has previously been broken: cracks in the skin, cuts, burns, insect bites, surgical wounds, or sites of intravenous catheter insertion. The mainstay of therapy remains treatment with appropriate antibiotics.

Yes... I have that problem right now . I went to the dr for it and they told me a staph infection . I don't know the best med for it because I have been on several and to me it seems not to go away. But remember this ... if it is on your leg shave around it and use disposable razors ... it is catchy.
