You can check with your local chamber of commerce, they should have resources of mental health providers in your area that could help you. All the other answers are good. I just want to add: look for something called a sliding scale. It bases how much you pay on what your income is. So, if you work a part-time and you only make a certain amount, they will figure out how much to charge. And it won't be too much for you to pay.
Our local university has a "free program" that people can go to. Maybe yours may have that, too. Try calling to find out fi they have a free, or very low-cost program.
