Caffeine pill then a red bull?

Question:
This morning about 3 hours ago I took my usual 200mg caffeine dose.

At lunch I drank a sugar free red bull enegy drink. Therefore now I am wondering if I will be okay, or will have to do something.

Answers:
You'll be okay, but you might feel like crap.
I think you'll be fine because you drank sugar-free.
you will be fine, maybe a little jittery. i drank that drink in the little red bottle, it's like a shot. i think it's called something like b-12 or whatever. but it worked great!! i have tons of energy and wasn't jittery at all!!
I would definitely research the effects of caffeine on your body, depending on your age(worse if you are under 18), caffeine can metabolize differently. Although statistics will tell you that it is not addictive, if you have ever tried to stop, your body will tell you otherwise, by massive headaches and mood swings. If you are having to use caffeine of any kind, you are probably not getting enough rest. Trust me with 8-10hrs of rest, there are not side effects.
