Have 1 white pimple. What do I do?

What do I do if I dont want it to spread?
Answers:
1.) Make sure you don't (ew) pop it.
2.) Don't touch your face a lot, if at all, especially not that spot.
3.) Wash your face 2-3 times a day, but NOT with soap! Use a facial cleanser--one that doesn't have alcohol in it (check ingredients). Try to find one with aloe in it.
4.) You can go to Walgreens and buy any spot treatment acne product, but again, not one with alcohol.

This is probably not good advice, but I would see from how far away I could pop the pimple onto a mirror.

The best way to pop a zit is to take 2 Q-Tips and press them on either side of the pimple and gently squeeze until it pops...when you see blood...stop!

deff dont pop it, i would suggest the clean and clear acne stuff and use it religiously, i swear it works. keep you hands off your face, and a good thing to have time to time are those clean and clear oil absorbing sheets. they clear off any access oil on your face preventing zits.

It prolly wont spread so dont worry, but i would continue washing your face. It is not good to pop the thing at all, but if it has a white head at the top you can make a tiny hole with a lancet (dont use a safety pin) and that will open it up without scaring. Then it will be easy to squeeze out. If you dont want to do that i would wait and leave it alone. Or you can put baking soda and water (mixed) paste on it and it will help it go away.
Benzoyl Peroxide always works for me.

You want to use a deep cleaning scrub if you can find one with "Sea Kelp " in it that's the best, and then follow with a astringent like " Sea Breeze " or " Witch Hazel " clean your face no less then 2 times a day.
Popping the pimple isn't what causes the scaring, it is hard pinching of your skin when your squeezing it that does.
don't ever squeeze it till it bleeds that causes the scaring of acne.
First of all it is not a pimple it is called a whitehead theyre just like pimples but worse, My advice is take 2 showers every day and put on a facial mask on before you go to bed. Trust me it works every time. :-D
pop it and immedietly put rubbing alcohol on it to dry it.
don't EVER EVER try and pop it because what happens when you pop it is the yucky stuff in it makes contact with any other part of your face, and it's sure to be the start of a new pimple in that area.
Pop it. The puss is NOT contagious, if it were then no one with zits would ever get kissed again! It's not going to scar if you just pop it and leave it alone, don't pop it and then start playing with it to see how much it bleeds and then playing with the scab, etc. Everyone who says it will scar has no self control.
I say go for the mirror trick. I'm jealous of the dude who has the 18 foot record, I've only ever gotten to 10 feet!
