A healthy way without having to eat large amounts is to eat protien like eggs and meat in combination with high fat fruits and vegetables like avacados mangoes, durian, cream of... soups. you can also get a lot of carbohydrates and calories from squash and other opaque vegetables. Good luck!!
take any protein from soy or eggs. Eat rice and potatoes. Peanut butter is really good for weight gain
try eating a banana with 3 tablespoons of peanut butter once or twice a day. this will supply you with an additional 400 calories(for one banana w/ pb) which equates to roughly a pound a week. also, drink milkshakes or protien shakes!
Have you tried Cravings Place? You can buy them in your local "health food" store. They have Wheat, gluten, dairy, egg free goodies. Brownies...cake, etc. If not to gain weight...you'll enjoy them. Try the brownies they are the best.
First, stop eating wheat gluten. Your wheat gluten intolerance (Celiac Disease) causes you to not keep weight on your body -- for some people it is the exact opposite. Celiac Disease damages your small intestine when you ingest wheat gluten and doesn't allow you to absorb the nutrients you need.
