i believe that water flushes your system out as for the other stuff no way, i drink a lot of water and i still have had to take medicine and tablets and i have had doctor's fee's at times in my life, so its all crap don't believe it at all
I believe it is very important to keep hydrated, you use about 1.5 liters of fluids a day, so you need to put them back in. Not sure it is the cure of all illness though.

Personally I drink about 2.5-3 liters of water a day.
No!That is complete nonsense and doctors all over the world are shooting down the myth that you need this much water per day. This much water can also carry important nutrients out of your body in urine.Drink moderate amounts of water and eat right.Get some exercise if you do not already.I don't drink that much water and I NEVER get sick.
you have got the formula but its just half of it...remaining part is eat healthy ,drink healthy ,sleep tight and exercise....still no guarantee u will not get sick...but 70% yes...
Who gave you this piece of info? Water if necessary but does not kick away illness
You're actually making your self sick with that . . . how? . . . By always going to the c.r. every minute!
No, I don't.
