Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

You're Fine. If you can see actual fat on you, lose 10 pounds. Exercise.
Talk to your parents about how you feel so that they can help you. Perhaps they will get you a gym membership or get you to a nutitionist. The best thing you can do at home would be to cut out eating fast food and junk food. Eat smaller portions and make sure you get out and excersize.
If you go to the doctors, they usually have a dietician there who can help you and tell you the right stuff to eat. also for exercise if you have a play station 2 get the dance dance revolution game and a dancing mat. It is a really fun game and you can burn a lot of calories doing it! good luck!
don't worry dear,
you have gained only few extra pounds. and the best way to get rid of them, start running (slow running) start with small distance and increase it as you feel comfortable. Remember one thing lose only 10% of your body in first year and not more then that.
You are young with your whole life ahead of you. Thr first thing to understand is that eating and nourishing our bodies is essential for good health. Be careful with your choices like processed foods, soda, excessive sugar and junk food in general. Diet is equal to your lifestyle. Ask your mom or dad to help support your desire to make better choices for yourself and don't forget to drink plenty of water and natural juices. The other side to weight loss and a health body is exercise. What kinds of activities do you like or if you like being on the computer or watching TV alot, ask yourself what kind of physical activity would you like to try. Local YMCA's have many programs for young people to try. What about dancing, skate boarding, riding a bike or just putting on some sneakers and going for a walk (even if its 10-15 minutes at the beginning) every day. You'll start to feel more energetic the more you do and the better you eat. I admire you for recognizing the need to make changes in your life. Best of Luck! :)
