How can I loose weight, and also get a little skinney before 3 weeks and i'm not kidding !PLEASE! HELP ME!

Dont drink ANY pop/soda. Try and stay away from enriched flour products. RUN, RUN RUN!! if anything a mile a day or whatever you can push yourself to do. If you can toss in a little weight training, abs, legs, buns, you'll be fine. Dont cut to many calories, that will cause you to gain wieght. Your body will go into shock from the little changes. Drink water, and 2% or less milk nothing else if possible, that includes juice. NO JUNK FOOD/FAST FOOD. You will loose it PROMISE. Just use your head. Questions you can ad me to your IM

Three weeks isn't a lot of time but you could start by just having a slim fast or something like that for dinner the less you eat toward your bed time means less for it to turn to fat overnight. You must exercise at least twice what you already do. Go to your doctor and get some diet pills to help you not eat too much and to increase your energy levels and metabolism. How much do you need to lose and why is it in 3 weeks?
I have to tell you that it's not going to work that fast. Losing weight is a timely process. I know from past experience. You may lose your desired weight in 2 or 3 months, but 3 weeks is highly unlikely and not recommended. The healthy amount of weight that you can lose is about 2 pounds a week. It is highly recommended to not lose more than that in a week.

Some things that you can do to ho help yourself lose weight are drinking alot of water, eating healthy, and exercising regularly.

This is very dangerous and will leave you weak but the pounds will melt off if you maintain a reasonable level of exercise.

Hollywood stars do this regime on fat farms where they are supervised most people do not have the will power to do this on their own
why do you need to? but anycase, Have large breakfast,you need to replace two meals, lunch and dinner for one optima slim fast, 30 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of pilates. you can mix in some weights but to just look lean no weights just pilates in mat form. if you can find one class that has the reformer machines in 10-15 sessions ( full sessions wth the machine, you will see great improvement and will lose the inches, especially on the waist) snack often with fruits, cereals, salads with the 1 calorie spritz and other low fat/sugar items. you can have one pizza or dessert in a week to curb the need and not lose focus. ( thats one slice only) did this for my wedding and it worked wonders. be careful and don't starve yourself. DO NOT EAT SNACK BARS, it will bulk you up. natural foods only. Oatmeal is the best, to curb hunger and clean your system. Don't need pills, will only make you spend too much money and not really effective. only you working out will help you lose the weight. the easiest way i found that is still healthy ( as long as you make it a lifelong commitment) is the south beach diet. most diets are uick fixes and once you stop the myou gain it all back. if you are looking for that i recomend slimfast, but if you want to lose it and keep it off then def. do the south beach diet.


the south beach diet consists of 3 phases. the first phase is two weeks and youre expected to lose 8-13 lbs. if you eat meat you can eat lean meats and white meat but i recomend using meatless alternatives like boca vurgers and such. you can consum beans (some), veggies (but not corn or carrots), eggs, and non fat dairy. no fruit, pasta, rice, or breas are allowed. you do this for two weeks and then you go to phase 2. in phase 2 you can lose 1 to 2 lbs a week. you start to reenter whole wheat and grains back into your diet. plus fresh fruits. you can do this phase until you reach your goal weight. phase 3 is maitnence phase, and its your lfiestyle. its like phase 2 but more indulgences and pasta is allowed everyone in a while

i suggest goign to wal mart or target to buy the osuth beach diet book. in the book itll tell you exactly what you can and cant eat in the phases. if its not on the can list. dont eat it. its simple. its really wonderful how this diet works. its weird because you are eating until your full but in phase one your dropping weight drasitcilly.

if you start tomorrow in 3 weeks you could lose 10-15 lbs, even more if you add 30 minutes of cardio excersise 4 times a week into your regime.

Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.

You can't take my advice cause I am bi polar. Hating someone cause of a mental condition is wrong and I think you need help That is like hating someone BC of their color of there skin or religion. Everybody has problems.
