Seriously, I only eat one small to medium sized meal per day because I'm not a big eater and i am often not very hungry. So yea, I'm not a hard core diet person either. I eat what I like when I like.

They did a study about this. They separated people in jail into three groups, one group would eat 2 meals a day, one group would eat 3 meals a day, and the last group would eat 5 meals a day. They all ate the same amount of food in a day and did the same amount of exercise. They found that those who ate 5 smaller meals a day lost more weight and kept it off easier, because all that food didn't overwhelm the body and start storing it as fat.
