Personal trainers will tell you it's MUCH better to run/get the heart pumping before working out.
Its good to warm up but for cardio training I think after, you dont want to tire yourself out before you lift wieghts. Try both and see if you can tell the difference.
i like to run before, because it loosen me up.
but people hate running before, because it will tire them out
