lol, me and my dad use just a simple little set, barbells, (25-100 lbs.). he mostly does that stuff, i do 50 sit-ups, 50 push-ups and i run up my hill 10 times a day, and up my stairs 20 times a day.

Finding a big tub of High quality Whey protein that doesnt kill the wallet will take a few looks around, but dont waste dollars when you dont have to.
simple creatine from a quality manufacturer (not the fancy creatine drinks, flavored powders etc..) will produce if you follow the instructions and load for 7 days or so( double the dose to load the body at first) then about 5 mg daily in water or juice. Naturally sugary, acidic, juices seem to work bettter( grape , cranberry) .
Thats it.nothing else is really worth investing in ..

If you are interested in natural bodybuilding, consider controlling you insulin level by controlling you diet (not by injecting insulin - very dangerous)
Insulin is a hormone, and triggers the nutrient to be absorbed by muscle or fat. Keeping the insulin level low through out the day to avoid nutrient to be absorbed by fat, and increase insulin level when muscles are more receptive (pre and post workout).
Consider take high Glycemic Index drink with creatine before and after the workout. I like to take with grape juice. 30 minutes later, have high protein high carb protein shake. Try mixing with Liquid Egg White (pasteurized). It supposed to be the great source of protein that human can actually digest well (due to the pasteurized process, not raw, not cooked too much).
