What is the composition of glucose? Does it have fat?

Question:

Answers:
Glucose is the simplest carbohydrate, chemically: C6H12O6. Earlier it was thought that H & O were present as water. Now we know that glucose is actually an aldo-hexose, ie it has one aldehyde grp along with 5 alcohol grps.
It has nothing to do with fat.

Other Answers:
Glucose has no fat, it is a carbohydrate.
Glucose is glucose: a simple sugar. No fat, no vitamins.

Glucoses formula is C6H12O6, so it haves carbon, oxygen and hidrogen, and it has nothin to do with the fat. All the glucose you consume goes for energy.
glucose is sugar.
Glucose is a chemical called 6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-2,3,4,5 tetrol. In its naturally occuring state its commonly called dextrose. It is a simple sugar so its actually considered a carbohydrate, it has no fat.
Glucose is basically a monsugar. It is different from fat. To be more specific, the molecular formula of glucose is C6H12O6. When our body need energy in the form of ATP, this glucose is used as a repsiratory substrate to give us energy and is broken down by oxidative phosphorylation.

Fat consist of of fatty acids chains, alcohol and sometimes a phosphate group, depending on the type of fat you are talking about.

The common thing between the 2 is that both are organic compound having carbon, hydrogen and oxygen but linked up in different ways. Hence, they both can be oxidise, broken down to give us energy. But fat can give us more energy because it contains more C-H bonds to be oxidise.

Well, the actual thing is actual more complicated with all those different processes involved.
