do squats - 4 sets , lunges 4 sets, side lunges 4 sets - 3 times a week
and walk steps/hills - 3 times a week
do some additional aerobic activity of your choice 3 times a week for at least 30 min
watch those thighs tone!

Pilate's and/or yoga they are ideal for firming up with no bulk. Good luck!! Lay on the floor on your side,point your toes out,lift your leg up and do it slow. Now the other side. Now do it again,this time point your toes towards your head,now the other side. When you get that down good,start puting some weight around your ankles.
