am i on the right track to lose 8 lbs in 3 weeks?


Question:
im already active in excersize. 4 times a week for 40 minutes. is that enough? or do i need more?
my diet includes (starting today): veggies, soy dairy products, soy-veggie meats, and salds. plus a soy protein shake every morning.
i take chromium, green tea extract, calcium, kelp, omega 3, all aupposivly help to replace fat with muscle and increase metabolism.
plusi drink 4 16.9 oxz water bottles a day.
am i on the right track? any other suggestions?
