I've recently hit my ideal weight but I still have flab. How can I get rid of it without losing more weight?

I've been dieting every day and jogging 3-4 times a week and so I've managed to hit my ideal weight, but I still have a bit of extra pouch. I'd like to get rid of my flab without going too far under my ideal weight. Any suggestions?

yes you'll have to work up muscle to gain weight at the same time loose the flab. So you lose weight with the fat but gain it back with muscle. so do more exercises that are geared toward strenth than endurance. If you get tired quick then its a good exercise to build muscle from.

Muscle weights more than fat, so you will have to keep jogging to lose more weight.
